“Hiring and Managing Mr. Spock in a Captain Kirk workplace: Creating a positive work environment for the neurodistinct”
- We welcome all — we know that every neurodistinct person has potential and that no single solution is right for everyone. This program works for those on the autism spectrum and those with ADHD, PTSD, and others.
- Privacy and confidentiality are cornerstones of our process and are essential to the success of the interactive activities that advance individual skills.
- We use a Zoom-based approach to customize and match each individual’s experience based on factors like age, goals, abilities, interests, career role, or even organizational affiliation.
- Skills development groups are comprised of up to six (6) individuals.
- Programs are tailored to meet the goals of each individual, starting from their individual skill level at entry.

“Social thinking skills must be directly taught to children and adults with ASD. Doing so opens doors of social understandings in all areas of life.” —Temple Grandin
